The municipal Campsite "L'Océan", situated 150m away from the atlantic ocean, offers tou 447 shaded places over 10 ha in wild forest.

Carcans is a seaside resort with vast natural preserved sites, on one side, the endless white sand beaches, on the other side, the largest natural fresh water in France and between a magnificent forest crossed by a lot of cycle tracks.
