Presentation of Camping de l’Océan Nature for real !

The campsite is set up right behind the dune in Carcans Plage – for about 30 years. Nowadays the “Camping de l’Océan” is bigger than back then, but it never lost its natural charm and authenticity. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere is appealing to guests from all over Europe.

You fancy mobile homes, swimming pools and animations? Sorry, you won’t find this here – but we offer generous pitches, sand under your feet and a soft sea breeze which shakes the trees around you. The facilities are simple but comfortable – the Camping de l’Océan offers all necessary services, enabling you to have a great time while camping here.

Park your car, and spend your holidays on foot or on your bike. The centre of Carcans Plage is only a 5-minute-walk from the campsite. Restaurants, bars, shops and open-air concerts are popular hot spots during summer. Hundreds of kilometres of cycling tracks, hiking trails and the ocean waves are just waiting outside your doorstep. It’s a perfect place for all nature lovers.

The “Camping de l’Océan” offers 447 camping pitches on a 40-acre terrain between ocean and forest. The campsite is divided into two different areas: one area with pitches for motorhomes and camper vans, and another area with pitches for tents, caravans and our new lodges.
